Amarnath is situated 145 km away in east of Srinagar in Kashmir. It is famous for an ice Silva-linga which is created automatically every year in the cave. The ice Shiva-linga changes size with the seasons as well as the moon waxes and wanes it becomes bigger and smaller. The size of the cave is about 150 feet high and 90 feet long.
